Chris has led multinational carbon accounting teams and worked across industries worldwide, from asset management to construction and professional sports. He has helped organisations build carbon reduction plans that are ambitious yet achievable, guiding them through reporting, compliance, and climate strategy development.
Chris has played an integral role in shaping Net Zero strategies within the UK's civil engineering and highways sector, collaborating with Tier 1 contractors, local councils, and SMEs. His expertise extends to fleet electrification, climate adaptation programs, waste recycling, and biodiversity strategies.
He has also led sustainability audits and regulatory compliance efforts, including ISO 14064, PAS 2080, SECR, and ESOS. With a hands-on approach, Chris ensures that climate strategies are not just theoretical—but fully realised in practice.

Will is a climate change consultant with extensive ESG and climate strategy experience, particularly in the financial services sector. At one of the world's largest financial administration firms, he played a key role in building their ESG product and later led their carbon and climate services division.
Will has also worked with some of the UK's largest pension funds, advocating for climate-positive investment strategies that can drive systemic change at scale.
As an expert in carbon footprinting, voluntary carbon markets, and ESG regulation—including EU SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and the UK's TCFD pension reporting—Will understands how financial markets, governance, and sustainability intersect.
He holds a first-class master's degree in Climate Science from the University of Oxford, where he released a peer-reviewed paper on microalgae.
